High Country Harvest Festival and The Sweet Cycle Weekend

If you’re already mourning the loss of the long days and dreading the arrival of the cold nights, you could probably do with a weekend away from the dreary Melbourne weather as Winter approaches…
The Melbourne Tweed Ride, in partnership with Tourism Rutherglen and The Victoria Hotel, proudly present an amazing weekend of tweedy goodness – a weekend getaway in fine sartorial style. It should be just the ticket!
The getaway comprises an amazing food and accommodation package which includes several sensational food and wine events – the very best Victoria has to offer.
The all inclusive package features:
- Accommodation Friday and Saturday night at The Victoria Hotel including glass of sherry on arrival, breakfast both days and late check out Sunday.
- Participation in The Sweet Cycle – a whole day discovery of regional food and wine – on Saturday, followed by a three-course dinner from the menu at Mrs Brown at the Victoria Hotel.
- A picnic hamper stuffed with local produce and Pfeiffer Wines to be enjoyed on the banks of the Murray River before departure, or on the drive home.
Tickets are $380 per person and strictly limited. They are already selling like hotcakes so get in early to ensure your place. This event is mere weeks away!
Numbers for this event are strictly limited. While Tourism Rutherglen have reserved places for Tweed Riders, no guarantees can be made for priority tickets past Friday April 13th. Spots are refundable prior to Friday April 28th, 2012. After this date, tickets cannot be refunded but may be transferred.
